Michigan fans, if you feel left out of the Twilight hype, now you can get excited, because it looks like Taylor Lautner will be filming in Ann Arbor in a couple of months!
According to Before the Trailer, a Web site that follows movie production news, the upcoming Taylor Lautner film �Northern Lights� has set up production offices in Ann Arbor.
According to the Internet Movie Database, �Northern Lights� �follows four young pilots as they compete against the world�s best. (It�s) A story of teamwork, sacrifice, loss, and victory.�
The 18-year-old Lautner, a Grand Rapids-area native, is being paid $7.5 million for the film.
Before the Trailer says the movie will begin filming in June, and there will likely be no shortage of teenage (and older) girls heading to A2 to scope him out as he works.
�Northern Lights� is not mentioned on the Michigan Film Office�s list of films producing in Michigan, but stay tuned for updates on whether this news is official or not.
