Only one more day until "Twilight" superstar Taylor Lautner graces MTV News with his hunky presence for"MTV First: Taylor Lautner," which premieres on air and online Wednesday at 7:56 p.m. ET. The 19-year-old star will exclusively debut the first trailer from his upcoming action/thriller "Abduction," after which the conversation will move to MTV.com where Lautner will sit down with MTV News' Josh Horowitz for a 30-minute interview

If you Lautner fans weren't already excited about this exclusive event, we've got a little sneak peek of what you'll be privy to when you tune in and log on for our latest "MTV First." During the interview, Lautner discusses the similarities and inevitable comparisons between his confused young character, Nathan Price, and Jason Bourne.

"I would say Nathan Price's journey takes place before Jason Bourne's started," Lautner explained. "When Jason realized, when he was searching for his true identity, he was already a trained expert."

How about Nathan vs. Jason � who would win? "I think Nathan would need a little more training," Lautner said. "Give him a couple years, and we'll get there."

Lautner's co-star Lily Collins recently offered her thoughts on the Bourne comparisons, giving major props to Lautner for his work on the film.

"[He is] very Jason Bourne-esque, of course, with his own twist on it," Collins explained to MTV News of Taylor's character in the film. "It's a complete departure from Jacob. Obviously I'm in the movie so I'm biased, but I think it's going to completely shock his fans, and people that necessarily don't know him very well as Jacob that aren't 'Twilight' fans. I think he brings an aspect people haven't seen yet and [it's] very, very exciting."

MTV: Pattinson Laughs Off �Breaking Dawn� Sex Scene Photo

Twilighters went crazy when a still from the upcoming �Breaking Dawn� flick was released. What was all the hubbub about? The photo featured Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) in bed on their fictional honeymoon. So, how did Pattinson feel about it being one of the first official looks from the flick?

�I love how they release that for the first one,� he told MTV News sarcastically Sunday (January 16) on the Golden Globes red carpet. �They just give it all away.�

Well, giving it all away seemed to be the theme of the photo (since it appears to show the couple having sex), and fans were salivating over the idea of finally getting the chance to see Edward and Bella get down onscreen.

Pattinson laughed about what was running through his mind while shooting that scene, and told us the sex scenes with Stewart were no more awkward than with other actresses, such as his �Bel Ami� co-star Uma Thurman.

�It�s always awkward, in a way, doing it with anybody,� he admitted. �But at the same time � it really depends on how it�s staged and stuff. It�s like doing Twister.�

Also on Sunday night�s red carpet, Pattinson�s movie dad, Peter Facinelli, revealed some details about filming the big �Breaking Dawn� fight scene, leaking how much longer the cast will be onset with director Bill Condon: �We�ve been shooting the last two weeks with a lot of vampires,� he said.

�I don�t want to give away too much, but if you�ve read the books, it�s the standoff with lots of vampires in play. There�s like 70 people going through the works at once. It�s a little maddening, but fun,� Facinelli continued.

�We shot pretty much the ending of the two movies the other day,� he added. �But we shoot until mid-April.�

Recap: Amy Adams said Kristen "is just really sweet"

Nervous she may have been, but co-star Amy Adams � a two-time Oscar nominee � came away from the project seriously impressed by her fellow actor.

"She's awesome," Adams said of KStew. "I knew she had chops. I've seen her since 'Panic Room.' I thought she was fantastic. I feel like she's grown up onscreen. She was great in 'Into the Wild.' The girl's got some chops." Like Stewart, who dubbed the small-scale production "wild," Adams reveled in the highly creative experience that director Walter Salles ("The Motorcycle Diaries") created on set. "We had a lot of time with each other and a lot of play, a lot of freedom," she explained.

Adams plays Jane, the drug-addicted wife of Old Bull Lee (Viggo Mortensen), a character said to be based on author William S. Burroughs. "On the Road" was her first project after giving birth to her daughter in May, and she thrust herself into the role. "The character I played required me to be in such a haze," she explained. "My experience is very tactile � very damp and very hot. I was so in that character." Adams credits Salles with allowing her to dive so deeply into the character and for letting the cast "play" so openly both in front of the camera and when shooting would wrap each day. Since most of her scenes are with Mortensen, it was during production downtime that she got to know Stewart.

"She's just really sweet," Adams said.

It's homecoming time everyone! All around the country, teenagers are smearing on too much make-up and jumping into ill-fitting suits to take part in that great fall tradition that separates the cool kids from the weirdos.

But we also have to ask: Did you have any real competition? It's just that there probably aren't any other gals in her high school who are HOLLYWOOD MOVIE STARS.

All of this got us wondering, what if there was a homecoming for all of young Hollywood? Would Dakota win? Hell, would she even make it onto the ballot?
We put together our own homecoming ballot of pop culture superstars and Dakota didn't make the cut. Want to know who did? Click below to find out and to vote on who should be crowned king and queen. We added a few other categories to determine who should chaperon the soiree and what the all-important hors d'ouerves should be.

E! Oh, No! R.Pattz, K.Stew and Taylor MIA From VMAs

Sad news alert!

You won't be seeing Twilight's biggest stars this weekend�at least not on Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards�

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are not�we repeat, not�expected to attend the big Chelsea Handler-hosted shindig. It'll be weird without them, but with no projects (i.e., Breaking Dawn) to promote, there's no major reason for the trio to be there.

Plus, they're busy. Rob's been on holiday while Kristen and Taylor are off filming nonbloodsucking projects.

No word on other Twi- plans for the VMAs, but we wouldn't be surprised if some of the vampire saga's other costars show up at the VMAs to represent.

And now for the seriously more hard-core Twi-hards out there, Summit Entertainment is celebrating Bella's upcoming birthday by rereleasing Eclipse in theaters starting on Friday.

In other movie�but not Twilight�news, the late night place to be at the Venice Film Festival appears to be the popup outpost of Amy Sacco's famed New York club Bungalow 8. Joaquin Phoenix and Casey Affleck have been regulars, according to a fellow clubgoer. Clive Owen was there last night, as was Ben Affleck, who had dinner with Jeremy Renner. Sunday's guest list included Darren Aronofsky, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez and Naomi Campbell.
