Robert Pattinson: "Girls ask me to bite them!"
The Twilight Success is a fact and we can most likely thank sexy robert Pattinson for that success. Now it's time for the sequel and Vecko Revyn has met Robert and talked about crazy fans, Edward's attraction and the love for Kristen Stewart.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are dating. In the movie Twilight, and in the sequel New Moon, the couple have a really intense and passionate realtionship. And they are dating in real life, or so it's rumoured. But by all means they try to not talk about it. They sneak around with they're love and the others in the film crew with the third movie in the series, Eclipse, that is in working progress, says it's obvious that Robert and Kristen �r so in love with eachother, but that they have chosen to keep it a secret in public. Maybe they've chosen to keep it a secret so that the excitement betwwen VBella and Edward shall remain as truthful as possible? An uncontrolled, forbidden passion that is so strong that they can't keep from eachother?
-Maybe so, maybe so, Robert says with a mysterious smile when Vecko Revyn, as the only swedish magazine, meets him at filming location in Vancouver, Canada.
When he gets the question on wether or not they're a couple in real life or not he answers elusive:
- We are best friends...
Kristen and I can talk about everything and we hang out alot in our free time. I saw a picture of us in a tabloid the other day. But there's nothing strange in having dinner at a restaurant together with your best friend is there..?
Rob is really of from work today but has come in specially to talk to VR. He's wearing worn out jeans a faded blue shirt and a black knit cap, and he is, if possible, even more good looking in reality than on film. Robert drinks tea out of a papercup and tells us about the story of New Moon.
- Edward leaves Bella because he is convinced that she will have a better life without him. He loves her boundless much but he doesn't want her to get hurt. Jacob, played by Taylor Lautner, is in love with Bella and he tries to do everything he can to protect her from Edward and his family. Jacob hopes that he eventually will get Bellas love, but she only has eyes for Edward.
Taylor is very beefy in New Moon. Are you afraid of him?
- Taylor is intimidating with his big muscles! He worked-out alot before the filming and when he shakes your hand he takes in so that it's cracking, ha ha.
Edward is insanely sexy. Is that something that comes naturally or does it take a lot of acting?
- I try not to think about it to much. Some girls seems to like the Edward kind. He's dangerous and emotional at the same time. If you constantly wants passion and living on the border to the dangerous, in a constant roller coaster, then Edward is the one for you.
Is it difficult playing Edward?
- Yeah, sometimes it's really hard.
Edward is very secretive and he exudes sexuality. He is also regretful and weight of guilt over his strong love for Bella, which he has so difficult to govern. The love between him and Bella is extremely complex.
What do you think about girls from all over the world being crazy about you?
- It is flattering, but it is Edward they're in love with not me. Before I was in Twilight I had to use use every ounce of my charm and a great deal of nagging and pleading words. It is no longer needed, now it's girls screaming for me wherever I am.
Robert laughs a bit embarrassed. He takes off his cap and pulls his fingers through the disheveled hair.
- Girls and women of all ages will go as mad when they see me. The fans have all sorts of strange ways to approach my person. Most of the time they want autographs and photos, but it has happened that girls run up to me and ask me to bite them.
Do you bite?
- No, I try to explain that it would hurt and I don't want to hurt anyone.
Robert adds that most of the time he don't mind the attention. I almost expect that there should be fans when I come to a shooting location. If they were not there maybe I would miss them. I will not deny that I actually like the attention.
Which is the most strange meeting with a fan you have encountered?
- Besides having girls asking me to bite them?
Once I was out walking around town in Vancouver listening to music so I had headphones on. There was no one else out walking in town, so I enjoyed the solitude singing along to the music. When I took off the headphones I noticed six girls walking behind me and when I turned around they ran up and asked for autographs. That was probably the strangest encounter with fans I've experienced. It must have looked very bizarre if someone saw us. Me jazzing around town with headphones, in my own world, and a group of women that sort of fanatical small run after me, ha ha.
The last couple of years Rob has been living in Vancouver to be able to work on the Twilight-trilogy. But home is still in London, where he is born and raced.
- I will not move to Los Angeles. I like London and that's where I have my friends and my family. I've got my own apartment but I'm hardly ever there. Sometimes I long home so much that my whole body aches. I miss my parents, my siblings and all my friends. But most of all I miss my beloved dog.
Robert plans to celebrate christmas in England and he hopes that he gets a vacation from the celebrity carousel.
- There have been so much strange in the newspapers. Among other things, I have been dating Megan Fox, but I barely know who she is.
Robert may never had dating Megan, but he has face more other real big stars.
- I will never forget when I was at the Oscars and Will Smith came up to me and greeted me by my first name. That was cool. I'm not playing in his league yet, but I hope I've come a bit on the way.
